Frequency Inverter

Yes, disconnect and remove the flat cable from connector X834, then connect the flat cable from connector X734 directly to TMI2 connector X934 and secure. Unplug connector X10, unplug connectors X101 and X102 and bridge each of the two cables. On the TIC board, set a wire jumper from X1:14b pin2 (+24VE) to X1:14b pin10 (QSP1).

Read out the parameters before and write them down, then open the hidden parameters:

Press the "Parameter", "Cursor" and "Save" keys simultaneously. Release after P/W" then appears in the display.
Then press "+", "Cursor", "-", "Save" and "Parameter" in succession, a message appears that all parameters are enabled.

Select and confirm function P99 "Delete EEPROM", then Execute P99 "Format EEPROM". Switch the inverter off and on again Load original values ("Parameter" and "Save" press simultaneously and confirm with "+") and type in the parameters again.

Press the "Parameter", "Cursor" and "Save" keys simultaneously. Release after P/W" then appears in the display.
Then press "+", "Cursor", "-", "Save" and "Parameter" in succession, a message appears that all parameters are enabled.

 

As soon as the E300 inverter and the control were connected with DCP or CANopen, some control manufacturers offer the possibility to realise a remote parameterisation with the E300 inverter. Depending on the software, remote diagnostics can also be carried out here, e.g. with manufacturer NEWLift.

Systems

The Stegmann encoder used here on the DA210 is not compatible with the new generation frequency inverter. LiftEquip offers here a conversion kit to a Heidenhain ECN413 encoder for the drive to make sure that the elevator can still be operated with new frequency inverters. Please contact your sales partner at LiftEquip.

LEKalk - calculation program

On November 26, 2024 there was a LEKalk update (version 3.1.54).
The security certificate was also updated with this update.

This means that the LEKalk program must be reinstalled. Please uninstall the existing program manually beforehand (ATTENTION: this does not affect the setup users).
