6. Range analysis with Matomo.

This website uses Matomo, an open-source software for the statistical evaluation of user access. The IP address of users is abbreviated before it is saved. Matomo uses cookies, which are stored on the computer of the user and permit analysis of the use of the online product range by the user. Pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be produced with the data processed. The information generated by the cookie on your use of this online product range is stored on our server and not passed on to third parties.

Many browsers have a Do Not Track option with which the evaluation of your access is suppressed. This option is often activated by default; Matomo analyses this information and does not save your access if this option is activated. You have the option here to activate a cookie on your computer, which permits Matomo to recognise that you do not your access to be stored. 7. Embedded videos and YouTube cookies.

When we embed videos on our website, in many cases, we are using the services provided by YouTube due to the few accepted and alternative options available for similar services. In these cases, prior to playing the video, we will inform you about the usage of an embedded YouTube video.

When playing on embedded YouTube video, cookies identify as #CONSENT in our cookies declaration are used to track viewing statistics and assign a unique identifier to the device on which the video is viewed, enabling YouTube to recognise the device. This data is sent to Google, and LiftEquip is not in control of the data. Google can use this data to show relevant advertising in other YouTube videos. However, LiftEquip does not allow advertising in own YouTube videos.

These type of cookies are usually transmitted to YouTube (Google) servers located in the US and the transmission of such information outside Europe must be done only with your consent. In practice, this means that we cannot avoid the usage of such cookies but also we cannot play the video without your consent.

Therefore with the information we provide to you on the current Cookies Policy among with the information we will provide to you when presenting the embedded video, if you decide to watch the video by clicking “here”, we will interpret such action as your consent. We have decided to collect your consent in this way in order to provide you with standard services on our pages without overridden your data protection rights.
