The glass doors available as an option for our LEA provide the user with a sense of safety and make the elevator technology in the shaft visible to those on the outside. Over and above this, glass doors emphasise the aesthetic appearance of the elevator.

1 - Operating elements and travel continuation display are installed in the three-part operating panel. Fields that are not used are covered with dummy elements. Versions suitable for the disabled only with wall-mounted pushbutton panel.

The operating elements are fitted in a separate wall-mounted panel. Travel continuation displays are positioned on each landing in a display panel above the landing door.
Elevator car equipment
Glass rear wall
Elevator cars turn elevator trips into an experience. Passengers are given interesting views while the elevator itself becomes an attractive eye-catcher. This is how you introduce dynamic elements to your building and enhance the passengers‘ sense of safety.
The optionally available glass rear wall is held in place on all sides by aluminium strips. In front of the glass rear wall at a height of 900 mm is a stainless-steel hand-rail with a diameter of 40 mm.
The type examination tested lift system

Overall concept
The LEA system provides you with a passenger elevator where the compact dimensions and balanced components combine to ensure maximum quality, compactness and technology with appealing design. As no recesses and niches are required on site, the system can also be used on existing buildings and for modernisations without additional planning overhead. The elevator can also be delivered in a version suitable for the disabled.
Drive system and control system
The drive system that is used is a gearless drive. Together with the frequency converter and safety brake, a high level of travel comfort and a low noise level are guaranteed. The components of the control system are preconfigured specifically for each installation.
Safety technology
The safety technology is based on proven safety gears and buffers and has been supplemented to include a specially developed flat governor with a tensioning weight. The safety brake of the gearless drive complies with EN 81-1 / 9.10.
Doors
The doors have been subjected to European fire resistance tests and have been adapted and optimised for installation in the shaft.
Shaft equipment
The components of the shaft equipment have been geared to one another in such a way to enable simple and low-cost installation of the elevator system.
Design
Equipment variants are available for the self-supporting elevator car. Buttons in installation panels and sub-surface panels are offered as operating and display elements, achieving a high degree of installation flexibility.
Reducing energy consumption
The optimally balanced system components and optionally available LED lighting enable the LEA elevator to make a decisive contribution to reducing regular operating costs and CO2 emissions.

Monitoring / commissioning / maintenance
A plain text display that is included in the standard version delivers specific information for your service personnel. It enables faults or malfunctions to be remedied quickly, leading to higher availability of the installations. The time required to remedy faults is also considerably shortened.
